How to book

1. Choose the products you need.
2. Send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fill out the form in “Contact us” section. We’ll reply back within 24 hours.
3. We’ll send you a form and we kindly ask you to fill it out with your details in order to complete the booking. We’ll confirm you the booking at the earliest.
4. Choose the payment method: you can pay by credit card via Paypal or cash at the delivery.
   
   

Otherwise you can ask to your hotel or B&B to contact us, asking for the equipment you need!

Payment policy

1. First and last day are both included in the rental period (i.e. from Sunday to Sunday the rental is 8 days long)
2. For last minute request (i.e. 36 hours before delivery time) an additional charge of 5 euro will be applied.
3. An additional charge of 5 euro will be applied for delivery or pick up at Fiumicino and Ciampino airport or for location outside external highway ring (Grande Raccordo Anulare)
   We accept payment by credit card via Paypal or by cash at the delivery.

Delivery

The products you have booked will be delivered to the location you request, at date/time previously agreed.
If you haven’t already paid by credit card in advance the cash payment will be requested at the delivery.
