The Babyriders undertakes to rent material in accordance with the law, clean and in perfect working order. After every use the equipment will be hygienically cleaned by the Babyriders with no additional charge.

The Babyriders will consider the material taken on delivery as accepted and recognized in perfect working order by the customer.

The payment may take place in advance via Paypal or by cash at the delivery.

At the moment of the equipment return, a person in charge will check the appearance and working conditions of the material. If he will notice any damage, a variable amount will be asked, up to the 80% of the commercial value of the rented material.

After 24 hours of a failure to return, the material will be considered as customer property and Babyriders will ask for a refund, up to the 80% of the commercial value of the rented material.

The customer is accountable for equipments in case of theft or loss. In such circumstances the Babyriders will be allowed to ask for a compensation of the 80% of the commercial value of the lost material.

The Babyriders does not take the responsibility for damages to people or objects due to a bad use of the rented material.
